| Professional nursing care is provided 24 hours a day, seven
days a week. Our licensed, experienced administrator, nursing staff (RN's,
LPN's and Certified Nurse Aides) and support team are dedicated, highly
trained health care professionals with the desire to provide quality
skilled and intermediate care for our residents.
An active volunteer program compliments the efforts of our health care staff. The friendly, caring supportive spirit our staff exhibits is the basis of our center and its programs. Additional medical services are available 24 hours a day, and are monitored by our Medical Director. |

| Located in beautiful wooded
and landscaped surroundings, Carriage Square offers 130 skilled nursing beds at reasonable rates. We
take special care to provide bright, attractive private and semi-private
rooms with modern comfortable furnishings. Residents are encouraged to bring some of their own furnishings to give their room a homey feel. Each room is equipped with a call light system by the bed and individual temperature controls. Personal laundry is done by the facility. Our licensed, skilled nursing facility is Medicaid and Medicare approved and certified. |
