Carriage Square's New Additions Including a Memory Loss Unit

Carriage Square has added nine spacious, private rooms with private baths, dining area and window views.  In addition, Carriage Square built a new therapy room where Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapy are available. 

Carriage Square has also opened a Memory Loss Unit.  This area is designed to promote the highest quality of life for people with dementia and early memory loss.  The unit includes a Day Room, 24 Hour Nursing, Individualized Activities, Secure Entry and an Enclosed Courtyard.
